replace these multiple messengers and provides a single messenger.
Limits
- Allows company to
determine with whom their employee can chat.

from conversing outside of the hours specified by the company.
- Forces use of
Microsoft
Internet Explorer while ICB is operational.

Blocking
- Prevents foul
language from being used during a chat session.
Built-in list of prohibited words and phrases that the company can
customize. Any language contained in the list will be masked out as
*****, while the rest of the phrase will be visible.

information from accidentally being given out.

customizable list of known dangerous web-based chat sites that can be
blocked and is able to be edited / updated at anytime.
- Intelligent
filtering technology can be set to automatically block a site if it
detects instances of foul or undesirable language. The sensitivity is

Notifications
- Notifies the
supervisor
via email each time an employee logs in or attempts to log into their chat
account.

via email anytime someone attempts to enter a password and enter into
the administrator control settings panel.
Password protections
- Prevents the
employee
from uninstalling Safe Chat by password protecting the uninstall
process.
- Prevents any attempt
to circumvent the Safe Chat protections by launching or loading other
chat software applications.
- Can not be
circumvented in Safe Mode.
- Allows supervisor to
temporarily override Safe Chat protection to allow use of other
programs. A simple right-click of the mouse and entering of the
password enables this process.
Control

choice to block applications from being used when work should be
